The EPR requirements for Lead-Acid Batteries is British Columbia is governed by the Recycling Regulation.
The Recycling Regulation defines the responsibilities of brandowners and importers of Lead-Acid Batteries into the Province. Please contact the CBA if you have any questions about your responsibilities set by the regulation.
